Hello!
My name is Madison Corbett, but I usually go by Maddie.
I was born and raised in Prince George BC, and I have lived in my childhood home for about 25 years. I’ve been very privileged to travel some of the world, and the farthest places I’ve been are Tokyo, Amsterdam, Florence, and Rome. I enjoy reading, singing, crafting, swimming, and being outdoors. I have had many wonderful pets, but the ones I currently have are three cats named Lenny, Sammy, Canella, and a dog named Iza.
I started my university carrier in September of 2016 after I graduated high school. I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern British Columbia with a major in English, and minor in First Nations Studies. I was apart of the UNBC Musical Productions club during my undergrad, and played parts both on and off stage, including secretary of the club. I made some incredible friends during this period of my life, and we do our best to stay connected to each other. I graduated in 2022, and now I am in UNBC’s Education program. That has led me to starting this blog, as its a part of my Education 405 class, “Reflective Practice Through Inquiry, and e-Portfolio”.
